Helene and Scott and Girls

Today, after visiting the Air Force Academy, we drove north about two hours to the north side of Denver.  We found a CG, got setup, and then drove about 15 miles to Helene and Scott's house in Broomfield, CO.  We got there about 5:30 and visited with Helene and Sarah and Jessica.  Here they are:




Scott came home later and we had a delicious dinner of pulled pork sandwiches, corn on the cob (again - yum, yum.  We can never get enough corn!!). cole slaw, and chocolate cookies for desert.

Judy played a game with the girls and then it was time for bed:



After posing for the camera, the girls decided they needed to show Julie some silly pictures!




It was great getting together with them.   It had been way too many years.

    Gosh...I wish I was there! I miss Helene! Thanks Mom and Dad for going to see her and for taking so many pictures!
