Well, we are not in south Texas, much to our dismay!! Last week we had alot of snow and ice, and, as a result, the roads were pretty much unpassable. Schools were closed from Tuesday thru Friday as were most DR offices. So...my scheduled physical was cancelled and moved back to this Friday (the 11th). And then there is a follow up visit a week later.
We wanted to be here for Gehrig's birthday on the 24th so we don't have enough time to go south. And since Emma's birthday is on March 14th, there isn't enough time to do it then either.
For now we will remain here (it just rained/sleeted/snowed again over night) and hope that the weather warms up again, which should be by the weekend when it will be in the 60's. Can't wait.
