We drove into Canada on Monday, the 30th. At the check-in point we had to pull over and
they went thru our trailer. Took about
20 minutes so it wasn’t bad. We had a
stack of firewood that we had purchased in Bar Harbor but hadn’t used because
it rained the night we wanted to have a bonfire. It was in the pickup and he had to have seen
it, but didn’t mention it!

We drove along the coastline and went thru St. John's which is in the far southwest corner of New Brunswick.
Lobster fishing is the big thing up here. These are the bouys that are attached to the traps.
And, the traps.
At St. Martins (where the Bay of Fundy essentially starts), there is a small dock for their lobster boats. This is what it looks like when the tide is in...
And this is when it's out...
There is a very scenic drive here that follows the coastline. It was very foggy this morning but we still got a few good pictures.
We stopped and walked accross this suspension bridge.
St. Martins is also known for its caves. This is when the tide is out.
And this is when the tide is in.
We did some exploring - found this lighthouse. Needs a paint job, but is still in operation.
And, of course, a nice view of the Atlantic and the flowers!
