Fathers Day - Minnetonka, MN

We spent Father's Day at Pam and Steve's in Minnetonka.  This is a picture of Jesse and sons Mathais and Crawford, and Steve and myself.   This is a very special tree behind us (if you don't know why, please ask when you see us again!!) on the property of Wooddale Lutheran Church (where Judy and I were married some 54 1/2 years ago).

These are the Alpha and Omega signs at the front of the church.

Wooddale is currently in the process of combining with another church in the St. Louis Park area.  They do not have a new name as yet so they are calling it "The New Church" for the time being.   We hope that all goes well in the transition.

Steve used his father's old charcoal grill to cook chicken.  It was a long process - took about 3 hours but it was well worth the wait.

It was a great day to celebrate!!
