Sedona, AZ 2

Ok, this is the second edition of Sedona!!

We did leave Monument Valley on Monday, 2/11 headed for Sedona.  However, the night before we left, we looked at the forecast.

Not sure if you can read it, but is says 60% chance of snow between 1 and 2 AM!  Fortunately, we woke up to only a dusting.  But, that meant the roads would be wet.

We had planned to stay here for a week but, after experiencing the 'cold' in Albuquerque, we shortened it to only the weekend.  (Good thing, too, because they were supposed to get snow early in the week).

We did get an early start and got on the road - again, great scenery.

We did go thru Flagstaff - they must have been between snow falls because there wasn't any.  Our CG was actually just outside the small town of Cottonwood, which was south of Sedona.

We found our site and got hooked up for the 5 days that we were going to be here.

Now, the wet roads up north resulted in this:

Ugly.  And really caked on.  I was upset because I had just washed both before we left Plano.  Anyway, on Wednesday I did get out and wash them both so now we are clean again!

Next stop, Montezuma Castle and the Holy Cross...
