Montezuma Castle is along I-17 and is a National Monument.
This first picture is of the mountain where the castle actually is. The next picture shows it from a distance.
As you go further along the mountainside, you see this.
And eventually come to this - caves into the side of the mountain where people also lived.
This next picture is a model of what the inside probably looked like.
This bush was interesting.
From here we drove to Sedona and to the Catholic Church's Cross on the Wall. Beautiful scenery again along the way.
When we got to the church, it was 5 o'clock and closing time so we did not get onto the property. But we did get a couple of pictures.
One more picture of scenery.
We did drive thru the main part of Sedona and it was a really neat to see all these businesses/houses made of adobe.
